We're here to help with your orders, payments and account. Reach our team using the details below, or get help straight from the Quicky app.
If your question is about an order, include the order number so we can help you faster.
The quickest way to reach us is from the Quicky app:

Open the Orders tab, choose your order and tap Track. You'll see each step — accepted, being prepared, on the way — and your rider on the map once they are heading to you.
Yes, until the store accepts it: open the order and tap Cancel Order. Once the store has accepted the order it can no longer be cancelled in the app — contact support and we will try to help, but a cancellation cannot be guaranteed then. Orders paid with Whish cannot be cancelled in the app; contact support to cancel and arrange your refund.
Choose at checkout: cash on delivery (pay the rider when your order arrives), your Quicky wallet balance, or Whish. You can top up your wallet from the You tab.
To return an item or report a problem with a delivered order, open the order, tap Request a return / Report a problem, choose the items and tell us what went wrong. The store reviews the request. Approved refunds usually go to your Quicky wallet, where you can use them straight away; depending on how you paid, they may instead go back to your card or be given as store credit — the order shows which. If you cancel an order you paid from your wallet, the amount returns to your wallet.
In the app, go to the You tab and tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page. Use any wallet balance and loyalty points first — they are lost when the account is deleted. You can also ask us to delete your account without the app.
Account deletion pageIn the app, go to the You tab → Settings → Change Language and choose English or Arabic. On this website, use the language button at the top of the page.
